What is trauma and how does it impact your life?
Trauma is an emotional response to an event such as an accident, death, sustained stress, physical abuse or natural disaster. Immediately after the event, shock and denial are typical. Overtime reactions include changeable emotions, flashbacks, and strained relationships including physical symptoms such as headaches and nausea that can affect day to day functioning including preventing you from moving forward in life. What is the Richards Trauma Process?
The Richard Trauma Process finds solutions to your problems by using methods that are specifically tailored to suit your particular needs they include, Hypnotherapy, Kinesiology including Choice Therapy combined to treat your distinct internal dialogue which may be holding you back from living a full, productive, happy and joyful LIFE.

How many sessions will you need and how long are each sessions?
The process is a three step process that requires three sessions, you will need to allow 60 minutes for each session.
Session one: Focuses on changing limiting beliefs about yourself that have been embedded from past experiences that others have said to you or you say to yourself. Often these beliefs are not true and when you remove them from your subconscious mind you give yourself permission to do live an amazing life.
Session two: Combing Kinesiology and Hypnosis, and Choice Therapy we empower you so that you feel safe and can revisit the event as an empowered person. You control the event, the event does not control you. This process is done with utmost care and sensitivity given the clients situation in a safe nonjudgmental environment.
Session three: We provide you with the tools required to live a bright empowering future, no longer chained by the events of the past. The trauma is over, you are safe and you can now plan and visualize the future we take you to where you are now and where you want to be in the future.
Time and costs
Session typically lasts up to 90 minutes. It is recommended you complete the three sessions.
